Let the cancer eat itself lmao. Jimmy had one option for decency and crawling back to his corporate masters was not one of them.
The same fucks from the same fucking investment institutions behind this likely donated a fuck ton to trump.
Let the fuckers eat themselves.
If? If? Donald Trump openly bragged about it and threatened more improper political pressure. There is no fucking if here.
Donald Trump could reap a baby to death in front of them and they would be asking if he did anything bad.
Shareholders wonder “if”.. I mean it’s not as easy as Trump and the FCC chair both loudly boasting about getting him taken off the air right?
Your woes are not going away Disney. See Target.
I hope the shareholders don’t stop with suing Disney. I hope they go all the way – ABC, Sinclair, Nexstar, the FCC. Let the hits keep coming
Damn they gon wake up the mouse
Reporters Without Borders is one of the groups of shareholders initiating this.
They are requesting documents be handed over within 5 business days, including:
Emails of Board Members
Emails of CEO Bob Iger
Copies of contracts with Sinclair and Nexstar
Communications between ABC Disney and Federal government officials
The shareholders have a team of attorney’s. Three of them signed the letter to ABC Disney.
Christopher Clark was a prosecutor at SDNY. He has experience as part of the SEC Fraud Task Force. Norm Eisner, focused on government ethics. Roberta Kaplan, represented E Jean Carroll

I think even less of Disney now. They knuckled under when they shouldn’t have and then *immediately* reversed course because of money. Neither decision had anything to do with integrity, legality, or principles.
🎶 God money just tell me what you want me to do 🎶
if ABC execs would have just grown a spine and spot bowing to the orange haired clown none of this would have happened.
Disney is the most powerful entertainment company in the world. They are notoriously leltigious and own 40-50% of the market share. They sue children’s hospitals for putting Mickey Mouse on their walls without licensing and Disney Adults from putting Donald on their gravestones.
They deemed a legal battle with their affiliates that are trying for their own ridiculous merger – while also in line for their own ridiculous merger – was more expensive than the potential backlash.
Then they got the backlash.
They were called cowards.
They were cowards.
Did they watch or read anything from Trump or his cronies leading up to, during, and after the suspension? They were threatening Disney etc. with repercussions if they didn’t cancel, and gleefully took credit for it when they did. There is an overwhelming amount of evidence.
The easy way or the hard way, I wonder.
“world’s oldest democracy” WTF are they on about ?
No one said shit when google was censoring conservative speech to appease the Biden admin. So who cares about this? Welcome to the world you all helped create
Only people making billions is trump, and his family during this second kidnapping of the WH. I’m sure they owe tons of people so their fortune is probably low, regardless they’re making tons of money. The companies, and people who voted and donated money to his campaign are the ones going on bankruptcy or losing billions. They’d still vote for him though.
YES!!!!! SUE TRUMP!!!!!!!!! For EVERYTHING HES GOTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!
Want to know? It’s obvious. The question is who will be “investigating”? I doubt they’ll be impartial given it’s one of the richest companies and the president openly suppressing free speech.
“The lawsuit was filed in 2023 under the Biden administration over the company’s cancellation policies.
“Today, the Trump-Vance FTC made history and secured a record-breaking, monumental win for the millions of Americans who are tired of deceptive subscriptions that feel impossible to cancel,” said FTC Chairman Andrew Ferguson.”
Good grief!
Question: aren’t affiliates obligated by contract to air everything the main company puts out? If so; wouldn’t that make what Sinclair did a major violation of the contract?
