  1. They have surrendered and, for one, welcome their new Gallic overlords.

  2. Up the revolution, citizen.

Do you hear the people sing,

Singing the song of angry men,

It is the music of a people who will not be slaves again.

  3. I was literally just there, but by walking from Old Broad Street. How did I miss this?

  4. You do realise those are also the colours of the british flag, right?

  5. English is actually just French with less spare time.

  6. It’s France Week at London’s best steak restaurant aka Aberdeen Angus Steakhouse!

  7. Bayeux tapisserie arriving at the British museum soon ?

  8. Left over from VE Day celebrations and they haven’t removed them yet.

  9. Here it is 4th August, has been like it for some time and is definitely a French flavor. If you Google VE Day Lights London, everyone else has arranged their lights so it isn’t the French flag.

(There is nothing wrong with the French flag, in fact I was around somewhere in West London (Can’t remember exactly where) and the high streets were flying a lot of the European Allies’ Flags with the modern German one which I think was much better than just the union flag.)

  10. It’s to confuse the latest batch of boat people. Make them think they are still in France and need to keep paddling West.

  11. Bloody red arrows always do le tricolore as well instead of the Union Jack. I dunno how they get away with being so overtly Francophile

  12. “Far right racists with their flags.”  /s

“They watch PSG whilst drinking kronenbourg 1664” /s
