It's Sunday once again, and isn't it getting dark in the mornings now? Must be nearly October. Season of mists and all that. Anyway, what are you all getting up to today? Make a brew, sit yourselves down and tell us here.

White horse Hill, Uffington. Vale of the white horse, Oxfordshire. Lots of great pubs too!
Up since 5 to watch the Japanese MotoGP race, and the greatest sporting comeback of all time.
Off for a walk soon and then make a hot breakfast when her highness wakes up (she deserves it, and the lie in!)
About to head off to the Windsor half marathon….why am I doing this?
Used to live down the road (born locally to here) , miss the area – ‘a lovely place 👍.
This anti-social little turd likes to knock and meow at 3am, so not doing much after very little sleep

I dont own a cat
Visiting Lincoln cathedral with a few chums. Heard it’s ruddy lovely.
Driving sheep across Southwark bridge at midday
It’s gonna be a gym, video games then get stressed at the football kinda day for me
Video games interspersed with laundry and making a massive bean chilli to restock the freezer and use up the fridge gravel. If I get bored with playing games I plan to read the first chapter of the textbook for my final uni module.
Spending all day inside studying for my phrenology exam next week
There’s a pub at the bottom of that hill called the White Horse, does an amazing flat iron. Alternatively, keep walking past the white horse (chalk, not pub) until you hit the Ridgeway on the other side. It’s an old Roman road, take a right and follow it until you get to Weylands smithy, a neolithic burial site. All this assumes you approach it form the a420 side. Lovely bit of country side.
I think I’ve fixed the waterfall leak 🤞 and it rained last night so the pond is looking much healthier! Only plans today are to keep an eye on it whilst tidying & cooking before the parents come over for dinner this eve 😊
Meeting up with my daughter who left for uni a couple of weeks ago for a roast. Got a job interview to prep for tomorrow but I’ll try to cram that tonight.
Found out I’m pregnant on Wednesday, me and my SO are over the moon.
We’re telling our parents today, because my Dad’s health has been a bit iffy. It’s still early and we haven’t had the first scan yet, but I’d rather they know now.
Got a bag of jelly babies to give to Dad, trying to think of an appropriate joke to do the announcement with.
I’m thinking of adding more to my journal of sorts today. I’ve got a bit of writing going, some plants and flowers taped in, wanting to do a collage perhaps and putting any photo/paper/whatever can fit memorabilia into it. I’d like to have everything in one place, so, I think it would be a good start. I also keep way too many screenshots of quotes I like from books or whatnot so I’ll probably write those down, too.
Bought my first metal detector and heading out 😎👍 Wish me luck
Off to a 4 year olds birthday party today with my daughter, so not quite the day of rest I’d have liked! Should be fun though, I know my daughter will have a great time.
Driving back down south today after a lovely week up north and Wales. Just remembered I’d forgotten to take the food bin out before I left, so I’m bracing myself for an invasion of flies.
Gotta get up early tomorrow morning to get the taxi to the airport and it’s just eating my brain. I generally enjoy the process of travelling for the most part but my head loves to get all wound getting to the airport.
Not really sure what I’m doing today. Crazy golf and a curry were talked about, so hopefully those!
Today is the first day of my 9 days off so I’m still in bed and plan on doing as little as possible
