Funeral held for Malta tavern employee killed after being run over by co-worker

People gathered over the weekend to say goodbye to a Bentley’s Tavern employee who died after being run over, allegedly by a co-worker.

The funeral for Joshua Soden was held at Armer Funeral Home in Ballston Spa, along with a celebration of life at the American Legion in Ballston Spa.

Soden, 29, was run over and pinned beneath a car outside Bentley’s Tavern in Malta on September 8.

Morgan Lange is charged with vehicular manslaughter in connection with his death. Investigators said she was drunk at the time.

According to his obituary, Soden was an organ donor and has already changed the lives of many people.
