Too bad they leave the women to rot under the rubble, because ‘islam’ and ‘we’re not allowed to touch women’.
So basically, we’re sending aid to terrorists, only, when it comes to Afghanistan.
I mean do we really need to help them? Aren’t there better targets for our help?
I don’t have anything against helping other countries but this one is a bit problematic.

You cut the source. It is the post from the @eu_echo page. They frequently highlight and explain the relief efforts undertaken by different countries. In this particular post, they mentioned that this is the sixth plane sent, and various EU countries have contributed to the efforts.
