   This is stupid and I have to doubt it really leads to much. It takes time to setup or expand operations like coal mining, even from strip mines, and I’d imagine this gets delayed when someone sues. Even with all of the efforts but the Trump admin to suppress solar/wind, coal is getting slowly pushed out. Just shitty people doing shitty things instead of facing reality and the needs of Americans.
