1. The fact that they’re so blatant with Hitler’s Czechoslovakia playbook really shows we learn nothing from history. Not exactly sure how the Russian’s view fascism, but surely all of the rhetoric about uniting Russian speaking people in Eastern Europe is a little egregious?

2. Imagine violently forcing a people with their own history, culture and even language to be Russian and claiming it’s in the name of unity. How do you even say something like this with a straight face?

3. And yet there are still people who think Putin just wants Ukraine to be neutral and stay out of NATO. But here you have it in his own words. He doesn’t want Ukraine to be neutral, he wants them to become a de facto part of Russia like Belatus.
