1. While it's unlikely that anyone that you guys know might be "restrained" by masked men in the street, it would be interesting to see how you would react if you were stopped. Did they read this man his rights? Doesn't appear so. That's in direct contradiction to his rights as a person in the US. He doesn't have to be an American citizen to have normal judicial rights. But you guy seem to think that it's ok to bundle up some fellow. Without any knowledge of the why. Glad that your not part of my part of the US.
