  1. I know a lot of people in Michigan with hot tubs. But we all have inflatable ones. Set it up late October, enjoy the winter, then put it away when the spring hits. Saves a lot of space!

  3. Now do steam showers, jacuzzi tubs, pot fillers and accent walls.

  4. This data shows people who have expensive pools, not spas like you are intending.

    When someone thinks about a spa or buys one for therapeutic reasons, it is a portable spa, not permanent.

  5. Just put one in here in Colorado, so that will put us up at least 1% more.

  6. My dad installed a bathtub with jets in a bathroom renovation in the mid 00s. Nobody wanted it, he just thought it was fancy and would impress the family. 20 years on, I’m not sure it has ever been used.

  7. Another list in which Mississippi is at the bottom. I mean, it’s hot as hell down there so I’d expect nothing else but, at least the trend remains intact! lol

  9. Now do the percentage of these put in by airbnb owners because thier management company told them it would increase rentals.
