After all, Eugenie is one of the more petite royals. One of the best-ever hacks when you’re on the shorter side to elongate your figure? Wearing a singular hue from head to toe, which is exactly what Eugenie did while attending her Manhattan-based event.

The princess opted to pair a shimmery silk skirt in a taupe hue with a cardigan sweater in the same color. Together, the monochromatic styles looked elegant, but also helped Eugenie stand a little taller. (Exactly the combination you want when you’ve got a bold message to share.)

Back to the cause: The campaign, which launched as part of NYC Climate Week and the UN General Assembly is titled, “Hidden Threads: Fake Fashion—A Human Rights Scandal.” Eugenie took to her personal Instagram account to share details and offer a behind-the-scenes look following the event. “The Anti-Slavery Collective have been working on a project showing the connection between fake fashion & forced labour. I was very proud to host an event to coincide with UNGA and NYC Climate Week to launch this exciting new project and shine a light on this underreported human rights scandal,” she wrote. (Eugenie’s sister Princess Beatrice was also in attendance at the event.)
