  3. THIS is how we win. Every Western country should make helping Ukraine destroy every last bit of the Russian oil industry their absolute top priority.

  4. India’s second largest oil refinery (Vadinar Refinery with a 20 million tonne capacity per annum) is 49.13% owned by Russia, so Russia’s going to be importing their own refined oil products from India. Perhaps it’s time for some heavy sanctions against India?

  5. Russia has reduced its defence budget… so this is less revenue they are getting, and more money they are spending.
