1. How will they pay for those imports? Their economy is already in shambles.

6. India’s second largest oil refinery (Vadinar Refinery with a 20 million tonne capacity per annum) is 49.13% owned by Russia, so Russia’s going to be importing their own refined oil products from India. Perhaps it’s time for some heavy sanctions against India?
