Is drone surrender not an option anymore? It’s like they crave death.
Christ. I’ve done war. I’ve seen some horrible shit. But this is…. Different. Scared shitless conscript throwing his weapon away just trying not to die while a drone operator in a comfy chair plays with its food. War has somehow become even more sickening than before.
Hope he had remembered to pack sunflower seeds in his pocket, next to his anal beads.
Real question: you’re in this situation — what’s best practice to try not to get your head blown off ?
Dude should have stuck to that fallen tree and kited the drone around it and in through the tree branches.
Guy did everything I probably would have done apart from running back across the road.
Not a bad idea with using the tree as cover. Could even see the drone operator backing off a bit, not wanting to risk getting the drone tangled in the branches.
But running back out in the open was an odd choice. Though that may have just been sheer panic, so who am I to judge from my comfy safe home.
What an idiot. Goes from the relative safety of being behind a tree to out in the open.
“Daddy, all the trees here are about the same size, why is this one larger than the others?”
