HOUSTON — Lumos, a 45,000-square-foot entertainment venue at Valley Ranch Town Center, is now open.
The new venue at 22296 Market Place Drive anchors the Entertainment District of The Signorelli Co.’s Valley Ranch community on the corner of Interstate 69 and Grand Parkway in New Caney.
Announced in September 2024, the high-tech Lumos venue transformed a former Sam’s Club into a lively entertainment hub. It features a 6,000-square-foot arcade, virtual reality experiences, 16 bowling lanes, axe throwing, and laser tag with a post-apocalyptic London theme.
In addition, the venue includes Ember Grill, a full-service restaurant and bar with an outdoor sports patio, plus four event spaces for up to 170 guests.
The $12.5 million project has been five years in the making, Lumos President and CEO Greg Little told the Houston Business Journal at a preview tour ahead of the Oct. 2 opening.
