Russian civilians are filming the attack on the oil refinery in Orsk, Orenburg Oblast, which is currently under attack by Ukrainian “Liutyi” UAVs. Orsk oil refinery has a capacity of 6.6 million tons of oil per year and is located ~1500 km from the frontline.
