If theres anything that can be taken from this, hopefully its that more men will get a PSA test early.

One of the good ones. RIP
We had tickets to see him in the Mac this November.
Poor guy, 55 is way too young and he had a lot more to give to the world.
Is aoibhinn liom a chuid scríbhinní, codladh sámh
Never heard of him.
This article in English from a couple weeks ago is fascinating for anyone who thinks they might die sometime.

Fíor Ghaeil. Stiúrthoir agus doras don teanga, an fuinneamh agus scaird na tíre agus an tallamh.
Ní bheidh a leitheid arís ann.
Croí briste.
Awful news, his book Listen To The Land Speak was beautiful.
This is so sad and a loss to the language. Manchán was a beautiful storyteller. His books are great and looking forward to sharing them with my little one when she’s old enough. His recent interview on his diagnoses and how he wasn’t afraid of dying had me in tears. A beautiful outlook on approaching the end of life.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
Absolutely gutted.
He was one of the best people this island’s ever produced.
It was him that got me into the language, into our history, mythology and nature.
