  2. I HATE the fact that trenches are held by conscripts that are undertrained, understaffed and miserable. Then the attackers are highly trained, well equipped and have all the support they need. I mean not always and I don’t mean I wish Russians had better support while holding positions.

    The difference is that Ukr has way less lives to waste than Rus. So invaders can do meat wave attacks where even conscripts as defenders stand a chance. But still every now and then it’s not a band of alcoholics that raid your position but some kind of vdv or whatever.

    Life sucks for conscripts. I remember someone saying they don’t accept or offer surrender to troops holding trenches since it’s too much trouble and those guys know nothing. So a pro killers raid your trench and there is no reason to spare you. Perfect.
    No matter which side it is. Two bullets in the chest then another one to your head just to be sure.
