  4. “Residents are making it difficult”? Is ICE expecting to knock on random doors & be permitted in a private home to use the restroom? Are they expecting to use restrooms in places like gas stations or restaurants without being a paying customer? How are residents denying ICE a chance to eat a meal or use the restroom? The article doesn’t say & I’m not interested in watching a video of Noem because she lies constantly.
