3. Russia cannot take the industries underground, and nothing is off limits like the NATO countries are. All Ukraine needs is range, and the Russian industrial base will be decimated. That’s why Moscow resorts to pathetic terror bombings of sleeping high rises.

6. I’m feeling more positive about Ukraine’s ability to negotiate a positive result than I have for a long time. If Ukraine can keep up this pace, or even a fraction of it, for a few months, Russia is going to have to come to the negotiating table.
