Donald Trump is not a fan of Jimmy Kimmel, and the late-night host certainly is not a fan of the president.

But which man has more fans in the United States right now?

Well, Trump probably won’t like what a new poll has to say about that.

Newsweek reported that a new offering from YouGov pitted Kimmel and Trump against one another in terms of favorability. And Kimmel came out on top, 16 points higher than Trump.

The polling took place after Kimmel returned to TV following the suspension of his show last month.

The White House is aware of it, too, and has responded.

“Over 77 million Americans showed up on Election Day to cast their ballots for President Donald J. Trump, who is delivering n his overwhelming mandate to put America First,”” White House spokesperson Anna Kelly told Newsweek. “Jimmy Kimmel prays every night to garner a fraction of the support to keep his show on air after ratings dropped 64 percent last week. Sad!”

Per Newsweek, 44 percent of respondents had a favorable view of Kimmel while 41 percent viewed him unfavorably. That left him with a +3-favorability rating.

Trump, meanwhile, 41 percent of respondents had a favorable view of Trump while 54 percent had an unfavorable view of him. That left the president with a -13-favorability rating.

While the White House issued a statement, Trump has yet to speak on the matter. It will be interesting to see, especially considering his disdain for Kimmel, if he has anything to say down the road.
