  14. I’m being 100% serious: he has to know he is being brown nosed by yes-men , right? Like… this is just LARPing and mobody wants to break kayfabe? I just have been in a dozen meetings where my supervisors thrive on critical reception. They offered channels to talk to others in criticisms we might be too uncomfortable to have with them. In meetings I challenge higher ups all the time to make sure we are doing our job right. I just can’t believe that anybody would be able to see this kind of lip service and feel like it wasn’t anything short of pageantry.
