1. I think it’s the other way around and they mess up there article. Russia only been hitting civilians targets and power plants not oil and gas.

   However Ukraine has been destroying Russian gas sectors very fast

2. Russia has been targeting Ukrainian energy for the past 3 years, so Ukraine knows what’s coming and have had a chance to “adapt”. It’s still gonna suck, but Ukraine is in a much better position than where Russia will be, as this will be their first winter without gas.
