3. I know artillery is the king of the battlefield, and in most conflicts that bog down into static frontlines the machine gun is the second-most prolific killer. I will be curious to see the stats for drones once this war ends. I know there’s a bias because we can see the footage of the drone kills, and there are a lot of them, but I still wonder if we’re looking at a whole new way of finding and killing soldiers that is so effective it pushes at least machine guns and maybe even artillery off the throne in terms of KIAs and WIAs.
