  4. Ukraine is saying a lot of the equipment being seized is “dual-use”, meaning it’s actually equipment meant for the war, but *could* be classified as being for civilian use (think drones, vehicle parts, etc.) to give them plausible deniability

  6. At some point China will turn off the supply if it becomes clear that Russia is losing. Maybe this is an early sign. To my understanding there are strong economic ties between Kazakhstan and China so maybe there is some coordination happening.
