3. I doubt he forgot; just more lies that “low information voters,” that is, his voters will believe. Before Trump even posted this last lie, Patel was compelled to “clarify” a previous lie that Trump was spreading about the FBI being in the crowd to stir it up. Patel stated that FBI agents were in the crowd for crowd control purposes, whatever that means in the context of what actually happened. So this latest post is a double down on his previous lie and ignores his own FBI director’s position. Just another day in Trump world.
