Celtic are not short on youth internationals.
Brendan Rodgers has handed a few starts to 19-year-old Colby Donovan, making him the newest hope of the Hoops academy. He got an assist in Scotland U21s’ record-breaking win on Thursday.
Fellow Celtic youngster Kyle Ure also scored in the game. He and Jude Bonnar are currently on loan at Scott Brown’s Ayr United.
Sean McArdle, Ben McPherson and Josh Clarke are all currently on loan at Partick Thistle, getting regular game time under Mark Wilson in the Championship.
But one Celtic youngster, aged slightly younger than the aforementioned players, has been making his own waves during the international break.
Celtic youngster scores in third Poland match running
Celtic could do with a striker at the minute, having lost Kyogo Furuhashi and Adam Idah in 2025.
He may only be 17, but there looks to be a talent in the Hoops’ youth ranks.

Filip Skorb, who has recently broken into the Celtic B team, is on fire for Poland Under-18s.
Having scored the only goal against South Korea in the last international break, Skorb scored in both of his side’s outings this time around – against Ireland and the Netherlands respectively.
He has now scored seven goals for Poland youth sides in the calendar year.
A left-footed striker, Skorb has also appeared for Scotland U16s in the past, but Poland have pushed hard to keep him after being made aware of him by a youth scout.
Skorb’s family have done interviews about him in the past, with clubs north and south of the border pushing to sign him.
He has scored twice for the B side this season, and doesn’t turn 18 until March. An exciting talent, for sure.

Polish Celtic players through the years
Should Skorb one day break into the Hoops’ first team, he would be the ninth man from Poland to play for Celtic.
The first two were, of course, Dariusz ‘Jackie’ Dziekanowski and Dariusz Wdowczyk in 1989 and 1990.
There were none more until the ‘Holy Goalie’ himself, Artur Boruc – he is the only Polish player to make over 100 appearances for Celtic. Maciej Zurawski and Lukasz Zaluska are also worthy of mentions.
Less memorably, there have also been strikers Pawel Brozek and Patryk Klimala – and who could forget Maik Nawrocki, the German-born defender who is still contracted to the Hoops.
