Time to update the saying:

Since when is condemning actual Nazi, racist, misogynistic and homophobic language considered “pearl clutching” as Vance stated? This isn’t ignorant youthful banter, this is hardcore disgusting language from adults who range in age from their 20’s to their 40’s.
Do they have a right to speak, yes, but they are also old enough to understand that there are consequences of this type of behavior and speech. They knew it was wrong, as there was one comment that said, “if we ever had a leak of this chat we would be cooked fr fr”. That is a real quote from the chat. They were fully aware of what they were doing and knew it was wrong.
I’m sure the republicans will try to spin it and say it was fake, but that goes out the window when you mention the fact that there are almost 3,000 pages of this.
Defending these adults isn’t protecting free speech, it’s defending fascism, hatred, and abhorrent behavior. This is behavior that can only be taught, it doesn’t come naturally as part of the human condition. They have been groomed and taught to think this way.
Furthermore, as one “young” Republican commenter stated, they have been given free reign to say such things by trump himself. Proof that what the president says has a direct correlation to this kind of mindset and behavior. By their own admission, trump said it was OK to think and speak like this. trump is complicit in this disgusting behavior.
I used to have high hopes for Gen Z, but it turns out they might actually be worse than their parents.

I’ve been saying for a long time that the likes of Charlie Kirk and others have worked tirelessly to brainwash and radicalize our country’s most vulnerable into these beliefs.
