As his wife is under federal investigation for her use of a private email server, former President Bill Clinton met privately with U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch at the Phoenix Airport…CBS reporter Paul Reid called it “shocking, absolutely shocking.”
“The most high profile national security investigation…is the investigation into whether or not classified information was mishandled in connection with Hillary Clinton’s server,” Reid told CBSN. “Now, President Clinton and his foundation are also tangentially involved in that investigation, so the appearance of impropriety is just stunning.”
The times sure have changed, no? President Clinton meets for a few minutes with AG Lynch. Scandal! Outrage! Congressional investigations.
President Felon holds an event where he pretty much tells his AG to indict his Political enemies and what is the reponse of the Main Stream press corps? Cricket’s.
In Oval Office Screed, Trump Shows Who’s Really Running DOJ

Yesterday in an Oval Office event…President Trump’s lawless abuse of the Justice Department was on full display in the immediate presence of the attorney general, deputy attorney general, and FBI director…In response to a question, Trump lashed out at former DOJers who…have not yet been criminally charged as part of his campaign of retribution…Even if Trump veils his remarks ever so slightly by couching them in terms of what he “hopes” the three officials standing next to him will do, we know better that to treat that as any more than window-dressing.
Apparently when a Democratic AG meets with the husband of a Person under investigation it is criminal and a scandal. But when the Republican Convicted Felon President is pretty much ordering his Department of Justice to break the law and indict his Political Opponents the attitude of the MSM is relax, it’s just Donald being Donald. And even worse, as pointed out by Marc Elias:
I don’t much care for John Bolton. I really don’t like James Comey. But the fact is, they are the victims of the weaponization of government against Donald trump’s political opponents. And every time we engage in this sort of Talmudic discussion, as if there is something more complicated going on than that, frankly, we’re doing a little bit of his bidding. So I just have to say that at the outset, like, what’s going on here is just the misuse, the abuse of the executive branch to go after Donald trump’s opponent to intimidate people who he views as his enemies and to try to prevent them from being a meaningful and robust opposition to him.
That is the worst part of this bullsh*t, that the So called Liberal Media is more concerned about whether the charges against Ms. James, Mr. Comey and Mr. Bolton have any merit then asking the obvious question:
WHY THE F*CK IS PRESIDENT TRUMP ORDERING HIS JUSTICE DEPARTMENT TO INVESTIGATE HIS POLITICAL OPPOSITION IN THE FIRST PLACE? IT’S A F*CKING ABUSE OF POWER AND ILLEGAL AS H*LL.
