Green Party being led by a conman who preyed on women’s insecurities by telling them he can enlarge their breasts through hypnosis, who later apologised for it and claimed that he never actually believed in it anyway.
Yes, they do. They have 126,000 members, which is 3,000 more than the Conservatives (or 2.4% more).
Reform have 260,000, and Labour have 309,000. That’s 51.54%, and 59.22% less members than Reform or Labour, respectively.
If you’re a Tory, this news is bad. If you’re a reform voter, this news is good. If you’re a Labour voter, this news is concerning but not fatal.
Not sure if people have seen it, but their recent campaign video is brilliant. It’s hard not to get behind.

Zero seats, zero members, it will be glorious to see
They still want to ban internal combustion cars by 2027?
As someone who owns a house without a driveway… that’s going to be a no from me.
We are so far from having the infrastructure for this….
Just had a look at the manifesto.
“An end to sales of new petrol and
diesel fueled vehicles by 2027 and to the
use of petrol and diesel vehicles on the road by 2035”
I’m guessing theirs is the right flavour of populism.
They’ve done such a terrific job in Brighton and Hove. /s
And Mothin Ali is their joint deputy leader. Lets see how this plays out.
I am so sick of seeing these headlines. Membership means absolutely nothing, it’s just a count of how many true believers are willing to pay a few quid to sign up for the newsletter.
The Tories had the least members when they were in power for 14 years .. membership is irrelevant … Some of the MPs were found not to be members …
I’ve generally always seen the Green’s as a bit of a joke party full of middle class hippies that are completely out of touch with my experience of the world – y’know I grew up on a council estate, whereas those lot probably grew up in a commune. But even I’ve got to to admit that Polanski has completely changed my mind.
It’s hard not to get behind them when they’re the only party offering a positive vision for the future of our country. Every other party seems to be sending the message “the country is shit and it’s only going to get shitter”.
With Labour under Starmer seemingly being intent on losing the next election, I genuinely could see myself voting for the Greens at the next GE. I deffo will at the next local election.
Looks a lot like next election will be Greens vs Reform.
Considering I’m on the side of “culture wars are a distraction to keep the working class from defending themselves against predatory and abusive class warfare”, I know where my vote will go.
I joined today, real hopeful for once about my parties future, hoping the surge keeps going.
Insane that a party that’s anti nuclear anti defence and wants to let every single person that wants to come here in has so much support
Can someone explain the Greens economic policy agenda ? What is their ideology? Are they sensible technocrats ? Or will they blow all the money on green agendas whilst hiking taxes ?
An example of why they will never get anywhere near government – They a lefty crank party –
Their immigration policy – “The Green Party in government will:
1. Implement a fair and humane system of managed immigration
2. Treat all migrants as if they are citizens
3. Give all residents the right to vote
4. Help families to be together
5. Dismantle the Home Office
6. Abolish the No Recourse to Public Funds condition
7. Abolish the ten year route to settlement
8. Stop the profiteering from application fees
9. Stop putting people in prison because of their immigration status
10. Accept our responsibility for the climate emergency and support the people forced to move”
So thats complete open borders for all with illegal immigrants being given the vote and benefits on day 1 – Yeah good luck with that
Thats pretty funny but awesome too. Tories are so finished
Greens polling is surging, but is still below all other parties

Conservatives and Lib Dem have flatlines and Labour is droppig at the same rate that the greens are increasing
Reform continue to increase
Ive seen a couple of clips of Polanski on Instagram. I really like him so far. He is a good speaker.
I voted for the Greens when I lived in Brighton and when I first turned 18. I moved to labour but I am NOT at ALL impressed with them.
Not sure why labour seem to be going for the Reform votes, when reform voters hate labour regardless. Labour should be trying to get Green voters, to vote for them.
I don’t think i will vote labour again.
I quite like the Greens.
I honestly find this equally worrying as the surge in support for reform.
Its not that I dont agree with a fair few of the Green Party policies, but I’ve been listening to Polanski in several interviews and I am horrified by what he says. he’s all over the place on the status of the UK as a nation state, he is all over the place on economic issues, he is farage-ist populist in promising sunlit uplands, and he does not back NATO or a nuclear deterrent……
There are some sensible policies, there needs to be an actual left wing party to balance the drag to the right, but I cannot ever vote green if there is any chance they get into power as long as they are not 100% rock solid on backing the UK, supporting national defense properly, and at least look like they recognize that you cant go all liz truss on the economy…..
