Austria no longer blocks new EU sanctions package against Russia. Austria said it would agree to 19th sanctions package against Russia, removing one of the key obstacles to the vote. EU foreign ministers will meet on Monday to agree on the 19th sanctions package. Will it include full oil ban?

  1. I doubt that, or if it does it will take years to fully implement. There’s a reason Austria changed its vote.
