10. I’d imagine Ukraine don’t target the Kremlin because it’s too heavily defended by air defence and would only waste resources that are in short supply.

    Better to shoot where the air defences aint.

    Plus they might be reluctant to bomb a UNESCO World Heritage site that’s a popular tourist destination.

    They don’t want to give Putin a propaganda opportunity, or Trump an excuse to withdraw support and weapons supply.
