  2. Those who refuse to abandon warzone, should be evacuated forcibly. They become a liability, that leads to waste of assets and needles death of others.

  3. Stupid and irresponsible peoples risking their own and family members lives and endangering ukrainian soldiers for houses in war ravaged place and many of them would be simply executed on spot by incoming russian murderers in another Bucha masacre.

    They should be relocated by force by security forces before enemy advancements.

  4. We need to give them some more of those MRAPs. But yeah, those stragglers are liabilities and often times pro-Russian and indoctrinated by Russian propaganda. They are a huge liability.
