  2. I don’t see how any of this ends well for America. We’ll have to go through hell for years to rid this country of Trump/MAGA/Evangelical religion in politics. We’ll have to go through hell for many, many more years if we can’t. We’ve passed the point of happy endings. America is, for all intents and purposes, dead. Sad.

  3. Orange Mussolini says a lot of shit, makes a lot of noise. So do a lot of his ‘followers’. And yes, there’s going to be some figurative, if not literal carnage when he goes down. And he will go down; he will not live forever anymore than I or you will. And his decisions in real time are starting to impact his so-called ‘base’ moreso than any other sector of society.

    The democrats aren’t going to have to deal with him, because in the end, his base is going to consume him alive for what he has done to them under the veil of their trust.

  7. Americans still naively believe they are going to have an actual election and be able to vote Trump out of power. That ship has sailed. When a man tells you “Vote for me and you will never need to vote again” That’s called a red flag that you have voted in a dictator.

    Some states will bend knee, but most won’t, even some red ones, won’t allow the federal government or Trump to dictate to them how to run their elections, and will not tolerate federal interference or the accepting, if somehow Trump and cronies somehow try to deny the outcomes of their elections.

  19. This sounds like one of those things where he’s doubling down on his lie about the 2020 election being stolen from him. He thinks it makes it sound more authentic if he doesn’t let it go.

    The truth of it is Bannon was caught on recording strategizing a week before that election that they weren’t going to admit defeat even if they lost – that this would be their strategy to refuse to accept loss and rather just deny it. And that’s exactly what happened.

    The sad situation is that we have such a weak cow towing compromised Congress and a loaded compromised Supreme Court leaves no one able to deal with this properly – to enforce the fact that this guy is a corrupt cheating criminal claiming way more power now than deserved. He would be in prison right now if they hadn’t managed this past election and he knows it.
