Scenes From Chamber Ribbon Cutting Event For New Art Space At Betty Ehart Senior Activity Center

Scene from the Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting event held recently for the new art space at the Betty Ehart Senior Activity Center. The creation of this space is a collaboration between the Senior Center, Los Alamos Arts Council, and the Los Alamos Community Foundation–Anchorum Fund. ‘We are excited that older adults will have a place where they can go and express themselves through art,’ said Executive Director Liz Martineau of the Los Alamos Community Foundation. ‘This community space will be a place where older adults can take classes, art therapy sessions, meet friends, and connect with others.’ Courtesy/Chamber
