2. So in that situation, is a firetruck on a military base putting out a target a legit target or not?

3. Ukraine keeps working through those radars, now it’s time for the southern frontlines. We’ve seen what follows. The gaps will be used thoroughly and many precious assets will go up in flames with only small arms fire to defend them.
