1. Step 1: Declare war on terror.

   Step 2: Declare your targets terrorist.

   Step 3: Blow them up without any congressional oversight.

   And just like that, “counter-narcotics” becomes the perfect pretext for deploying a carrier strike group to put military pressure on Venezuela.

2. Is that dim bulb at least waiting until *after* the strikes to announce them and not sharing the plan with everyone on Signal?
