I love making this stuff but we dont call that tablet, it has regional names. To me tablet is the hard stuff thar hardly crumbles.
Edit – i assumed OP was not scottish because ive never heard anyone scottish call it scottish tablet, just tablet. Also, the placemat screamed American in the scotland sub to me.
I was just trying to be friendly as most online tourists like to learn about regional differences. I wasn’t correcting, i was hiving fun tidbits
