I see my neighbor doing garden work in shorts.
And I see that alert on my phone.
Having those 2 facts at the same time is … suspicious.

Where are you getting this information?
I think op means that the weather is changing as we get further through the year. I don’t believe op is referring to climate change.
But I do not see where the temperature even approaches zero so I don’t know what the worry for ice is
