Exxon sues California over climate laws, alleging free speech violations

1. Not allowed to spend tens of millions to lie with impunity = free speech violation in today’s America.

2. Ironic considering the efforts Exxon has gone to in order to suppress the dangers of burning fossil fuels going back to the 70s.

5. I thought Exxon’s official stance was it recognized climate change. Now they say reporting their pollution will force them to be a “mouthpiece for ideas with which it disagrees.” So is Exxon back to publicly embracing outright climate denial?

6. Corporation should not be allowed free speech they are not really people we need to get rid of all the rulings that say this
