While the Duchess of Sussex’s new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, has sparked plenty of online chatter, one dish in particular has ignited lots of opinions: Meghan’s single-skillet spaghetti recipe, which she makes in the first episode.
In the Good Housekeeping Test Kitchen, we’ve developed plenty of one-pot pasta recipes over the years — so we were eager to give Meghan’s take on the dish a try. But while several recipes from With Love, Meghan are available on Netflix’s website, the single-skillet spaghetti is notably absent. So, we watched Meghan carefully, jotting down our own version of the recipe based on her on-screen demo.
