WANA (Oct 30) – Oman’s Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi met with Majid Takht-Ravanchi, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, on Thursday to discuss regional and international developments and the importance of ongoing coordination between the two countries, according to the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

The meeting, held in Muscat, took place during Takht-Ravanchi’s visit for the 11th round of political consultations between Oman and Iran.

 

During the talks, both sides reviewed bilateral relations, emphasizing their shared commitment to expanding cooperation, enhancing mutual benefits, and serving the interests of their peoples.

 

The officials also discussed recent regional and international developments and stressed the importance of continued dialogue between Muscat and Tehran.

 

They reaffirmed support for all efforts aimed at resolving conflicts and disputes through dialogue and peaceful means, contributing to regional security, stability, and the establishment of fair and comprehensive peace.
