Moustafa Elbohy, 31, a failed asylum seeker from Egypt, reportedly attacked the victim after an encounter at Charing Cross station in London.
It is alleged that Elbohy dragged the woman, who cannot be named due to legal reasons, by the arm as she went to board a train after trying to get home from a work night out.
Elbohy came to Britain in June on a dinghy and was housed in a migrant hotel – but his asylum claim dismissed last month.”
This appeared to be a pattern. Failed asylum claim. Allowed to stay anyway. Commit a terrible crime. Prison at £50,000 pa cost to tax payer.
So glad the new Brits are finally integrating.

This article says “alleged rape” that was captured on CCTV.
His lawyer also argued that he can’t go to jail because he has claustrophobia and anxiety, you couldn’t fucking make this up.
The sea air must have cleared that right up if he managed to get to the UK on a fucking dinghy!
Man this stuff pisses me off.
I thought one of the biggest excuses people give was immigrants come here rather than Europe that they pass through, because they speak the language.
Seems like there is a lot of stories lately where they don’t.
Also if you fail your claim/application, or your visa expires, you should be arrested and taken to the nearest port or airport for removal. None of this ‘please leave in the next 100 years’ and no 7 appeals until you find a judge that finally says whatever.

They need to build a large prison/migrant facility in an offshore island asap. Any people seen arriving in an illegal border crossing needs to be placed in there until asylum applications are approved.
put them all on one of our little islands around us, like Australia does, and they will soon be begging to go home.
