On November 5, the Russian army carried out drone strikes on a civilian vehicle in the Seredyna-Buda community in Sumy region. A 34-year-old driver was killed, and three more civilians were injured, the Sumy regional prosecutor’s office said.

According to investigators, around 15:30 the Russian army struck the vehicle that was delivering bread to local residents. As a result, the driver died, and three people were injured.

Also on November 5 at 15:40, the FPV drone struck a tractor performing agricultural work in the Znob-Novhorodska community. A 26-year-old tractor operator was injured, the Sumy regional prosecutor’s office said.

These events underscore the threat to civilians in the region and the need for prompt action by law enforcement authorities to document and clarify the circumstances of the strikes.
