So you’re telling me if I move all of my polluting activities to far away land(read China) and hyper financialize the economy the emission would go down 😮! Who would’ve thought that! I’m sure these are the people advising the morons in the EU now. They are rapidly de-industriallizing and having toast that their “emissions” are down!
I think unless we have more accurate accounting of methane leaks, we can’t make any claims like this.
