Is this the one I read about, where the govt is accused of spraying water around the testing sites to dilute the findings? Saw an article about it the other day on here.

Good job Brazil. Bolsonaro really was a blight not only for his country, but for the whole world.
What is really despairing though, is that when some countries makes efforts to reduce their emissions and mitigates the global warming, the global emissions continue to increase year after year. And with the US threathening of tarrifs countries that tries to reduce their emissions, I am not very optimistic for the rest of the century.
