  1. Come on OP. You can’t tease us with the cover and not show us the juicy inside bits

  2. ‘Congratulations on your new bone! If you want another bone inside you, we suggest you follow these handy hints’

  3. This is just what they use in the sperm count check unit these days after spending cuts.

  4. It’s got a picture of a chandelier with a big red cross over it and the word “Don’t!” underneath.

  5. It’s definitely forward thinking, they’re thinking of the increased costs to the NHS if you get too energetic with your new hip joint.

  6. You can bet this is a response to loads of people who had a hip replacement, tried the “reverse piledriver” and had to come straight back for another one.

  7. I suspect a part of the reason is because some men will demand sex despite their partner having major surgery, and to help the women do it safely.

  8. I am surprised, for us it was only oral instructions.

  9. Oh we have come along way i certainly didn’t get told anything about positions when I had both hips done in 1976 age 17 I kinda figured it out myself as I experimented with various girlfriends.

  10. So, is the super-duper, loop-de-looper, alley-ooper off the table?

  11. I would have thought one reeming was enough, without more postoperatively

  12. If I get a hip replacement will I finally be able to take some sexual positions?

  13. Bet its gonna give the most vanilla positions around and tell you to go at it slowly.

  14. You tryna tell me i can’t go cyborg bull fuck mode 9000 with this titanium hip? The fuck did I get it replaced for then.

  15. “Mildred dear, my doctors tell me that this oral sex thing is safe whatever exactly that means, I know it’s a bit unorthodox but I don’t suppose…? You can take your teeth out if it helps.”

  16. I didn’t think there was any! My nan had a hip replacement, it hurts alot sometimes and now doctors said she will never walk again 🙁

  17. How many hips popped out just because some couples tried a few exotic positions before they made that booklet?
