Its been a while since I've had Finnish Christmas dinner with my Fimnish family, but I specifically remember these two dishes. However, I've no idea what they are called and I'd really like to make them at home if possible.
We also used to have a really sweet tasting potato sauce that was a cream colour. Any ideas what this was and where I'd find a recipe for it?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Either Lanttu or Porkkanalaatikko and Maksalaatikko, Swede/Carrot casserole and liver casserole
edit: actually just Swede and Carrot, no Liver
Perunalaatikko, porkkanalaatikko or lanttulaatikko. (potato box, carrot box or swede box)
The last one is sweetened potato casserole (imelletetty perunalaatikko) and despite its consistency it is not a sauce.
