German police arrested Burhan K., a suspected Hamas member, on the A17 motorway after he arrived from Czechia. Authorities allege he procured weapons for attacks on Israeli or Jewish targets in Germany and Europe. The arrest follows earlier detentions of three Hamas suspects in Berlin, with prosecutors linking the cases to coordinated terror plots. According to the prosecutor’s office, in August this year, he acquired an automatic weapon, eight Glock pistols, and 600 rounds of ammunition in Germany.

A new Center for Public Opinion Research survey shows that 85 percent of Czechs are satisfied with life in their place of residence, particularly valuing amenities, safety, and community relations. Dissatisfaction was highest with local wages and housing. Residents of villages and large cities reported the greatest satisfaction, while men and younger respondents tended to be more content than others.
