I’m well jealous. I really wanted too go but I couldn’t justify £200 for a resale ticket.
A long time ago I went to pick up a door that I was having stripped at a place in Southerndown. When I got there, they told me that Bob Dylan was down at the beach. I had to check it out. The car park was full of film crew vehicles. I knew some of the sparks working there, so I chatted to them while we watched Rupert Everett and some actress in the distance. The scene is at 36m43s [here](https://youtu.be/wF34lqJPXH0?si=sojdJ-QpY1uKUNYS). It was probably a stand in for Bob.
The film was called [Hearts of Fire](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hearts_of_Fire). Wikipedia says that they also filmed at Coney Beach in Porthcawl and Cardiff Airport doubling as Heathrow.
