Just like in war, something will pass, something will be shot down. There are no missiles that will be 100% successful, nor air defenses that will shoot everything down.

Plenty of shooting angles there that would allow smaller caliber guns to fire without it making it all the way across.
From the very corner of what looks to be the more industrial port out into the seas, it’s 8.5 miles across to the other side of the bay. That plenty of room to shoot 7.62 or even larger, heavier rounds that would drop even quicker.
This looks like they’re near pier #5, looking over to the east, south east, at the naval base. Straight across from the naval base is 2.5 miles to the other side of the bay. Still plenty of room to shoot moderately safely.
The video to AA is fair distance apart as well. Angle of perception could be playing a game on you too.

You don’t see this kind of wild firing from Ukrainian AD. I think the Russians might have shot up more of their own infrastructure than the damage the drones did. Several times you can see tracers bouncing off the water back towards the towns.
