And now they’re groveling for a Trump handout despite rising costs and inflationary issues persisting.
When Joe Biden passed the American rescue plan, a popular bill that received bipartisan support and helped stimulate the economy, reduce child poverty, support healthcare workers, all while preventing a double digit recession, conservatives lost their minds…
During COVID under Trump’s term, the government passed PPP loan forgiveness, which disproportionately benefited the wealthy few and ballooned the debt and deficit at the expense of the many.
But under Biden, efforts to stimulate the economy directly benefitted working and middle class, low income and impoverished Americans.
MAGA still called it a “handout,” and they blamed it for inflation.
But now they’re holding out their hand for a Trump check while costs continue to rise as a direct result of Trump’s policies.
Please don’t. We did it to survive COVID and the result was massive inflation. There is no reason to weather that again.
He should contract with that company that made that fake Trump gold money that people kept trying to deposit. He could send out novelty checks. What could go wrong?
